Most renovation plumbing we do is in kitchens and bathrooms — moving fixtures, replacing supply and drain lines and bringing older plumbing up to what the new layout needs.
Basement Plumbing
Finishing a basement often means new bathroom, laundry or wet-bar plumbing, which can involve drainage below the existing lines. We look at what's there before the layout is locked in so there are no surprises once the floor is opened.
Rough-In and Finishing
Rough-in is the stage where drainage, venting and water lines go in while the walls and floors are open. Finishing is the return visit after drywall, tile and cabinets, when the fixtures, faucets and trim are set and everything is tested. Renovation plumbing is nearly always split into those two visits, timed around your other trades.
Fixture Relocation and Layout Changes
Moving a vanity to a different wall, swapping a tub for a walk-in shower or shifting a kitchen sink all change where the drainage and supply lines have to run. We work with the existing structure to make those changes cleanly and protect the finished spaces around the work area.

On most renovations we're one of several trades. We plan the plumbing stages with your contractor or designer early, so drainage and supply runs suit the layout on paper rather than forcing a change once the walls are open, and we schedule rough-in and finishing around the rest of the project.
